 Minimum Qualifications:-

  • Should be a graduate in Information Technology or Computer Science
  • Knowledge in Database handling (preference on Mongo DB or My SQL)
  • Should have a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in coding and supporting customers in a Tech Support or Customer Support role
  • Knowledge in maintain and analyse system logs
  • Freshers will not be considered for the role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong oral and written communication skills

 
Roles and responsibilities:-

 

  • The candidate will be required to answer inbound Emails / Chats / Phone calls from customers during assigned hours
  • Development of scalable snippets for report generation, log analysis etc
  • Responsible for solving the IT/Database related queries from the customer service team by coordinating with the IT team
  • Responding to client IT support requests
  • Successful and timely completion of customer support requests, with outstanding customer service

  • Extensive knowledge of various insurance products and policies
  • Carrying sales visits, acquiring new customers and maintaining accurate records
  • Explain the customers about the products, its features and benefits
  • Maintain Customer relations
  • Identify new business opportunities in the industry
  • Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities
  • Research & Analyse various sales & marketing options to achieve the target
  • Prepare sales reports and submit to reporting manager
  • Good communication and Sales skills to get convert leads into the sales
  • Persuade prospective clients to engage in a phone conversation and/or meeting to discuss insurance products

  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors and manage work of all accountants

  • ATM Cash reconciliation on daily basis

Responsibility:

  • Report to Full-stack Developer for programming tasks
  • Update code on bitbucket from time to time ensuring compliance standards of the organization
  • Develop the code based on the standards of the industry and templates created within the organization
  • Train the team on Python from time to time
  • Perform code level standards and code sanitization and code reviews from time to time
  • Perform controlled hacking of the systems to explore bugs and maintain reports of the same

  • Experience in multiple frameworks like ReactJS & NodeJs is recommendable.

  • Developing and sustaining solid relationships with the customers to encourage repeat business. 
  • Using sales scripts provided by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections. 
  • Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales. ·
  • Answering questions about products or the company. ·
  • Asking questions to understand customer requirements and schedule an appointment with our sales team. 
  • Coordination with the Sales team and follow-up on a daily basis 
  • Submit the MIS report on a daily basis about the work status to the Reporting Manager.
